We're officially halfway through the One Room Challenge, and things are looking good. This week, we patched all the holes in the shiplap, sanded them and painted! I just LOVE
the paint color (SW Silver Strand) and couldn't be happier with it. It feels serene.
The latest challenge I've had is finding materials and decor. It seems that everything is out of stock right now! Almost every Sherwin-Williams store in the surrounding area was out of basic white ceiling paint. I tried ordering some of the items in my mood board and they were all backordered. I won't even mention the lumber shortage! I guess it's not the ideal time to take on a home project, but we make it work!
We didn't quite get to the baseboards this week, but it's next on the list along with getting the desk cabinets installed and ready for the counter top. Scroll down for pics!
